Deposits
Deposits may be required for services. All Deposits are non-refundable.

Late/no show
If you are 15 minutes late, you are considered a no show and will be charged 50% off the total service cost.
When you book a service with me, you are agreeing to these terms and they are binding.
You may reschedule but will still be charged a no show fee and will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total service cost at the next appointment
Cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

Unattened children are a safety risk.
We absolutely love children but they must be accompanied and watched by an adult guardian at all times while at the spa.
if you are getting services, you cannot watch them. You'll need another adult to watch the minor child at all times.
